About these terms

NodNPlay operates NodNPlay. These terms describe the permission we give to use the website and its games and the responsibilities associated with that use. “We” refers to the operator; “you” refers to an adult using the service or supervising its use.

Adults should review these terms before using the service or allowing a child to play. If you do not accept the permitted-use conditions, please stop using the service. Children are not being asked to make purchases, assume adult contractual obligations, or waive rights. Our Privacy Policy explains our information practices; use of the site is not consent to unrelated data collection.

Permission to play and teach

You may access and play the games for personal, family, and ordinary classroom learning. This permission is limited, non-exclusive, and does not transfer ownership of the games or their assets. You may share ordinary links to public game pages.

Unless applicable law or a separate licence permits it, you may not sell or redistribute copies of the games, extract and repackage their artwork or audio, present the service as your own, or remove ownership notices. Contact us about other uses. Rights granted by open-source or third-party licences remain governed by those licences.

Learning and adult guidance

Games provide practice and enrichment. Grade labels and suggested ages are general guidance, not an assessment of a particular child. We do not promise a specific grade, test result, learning improvement, curriculum alignment, or suitability for every learner.

The games do not replace teaching, professional assessment, or educational advice. Parents, guardians, and educators should select suitable activities, help younger children with instructions, and manage device access, comfortable volume, and breaks. Schools remain responsible for any review or authorization required for their own use; these terms do not make the service an approved school records system.

Fair and safe use

Please do not misuse the service. In particular, do not:

• disrupt availability, overload the site, introduce malicious code, or attempt unauthorized access;
• circumvent access controls or use automated copying or requests at a scale that harms the service;
• misrepresent an affiliation with NodNPlay or use its branding deceptively;
• use the site in a way that infringes another person’s rights or applicable law; or
• send children’s sensitive personal information through support channels unnecessarily.

Report a suspected security problem privately through our contact address. Investigate only within your authorization and do not access other people’s information or interrupt their use.

Current free access and future changes

The current public games have no usage charge from NodNPlay. Your internet or mobile provider’s charges may still apply. We may later introduce adult accounts or paid features, and may change which activities are available without payment.

We will not charge for past free play or automatically turn current play into a paid subscription. Before an adult purchases a future paid service, we will present the applicable price, billing currency, renewal terms if any, cancellation process, refund terms, and other required disclosures, and obtain the necessary affirmative agreement. These terms do not authorize recurring billing.

Availability, progress, and updates

We may correct, update, add, remove, or temporarily suspend games for maintenance, security, legal, or operational reasons. We aim to give reasonable notice of material changes where practicable, but urgent fixes or outages may occur without advance notice.

The current service does not provide a cloud account or a guarantee that progress will be saved. Refreshing a page, clearing browser data, closing a session, or changing devices may reset a round. Availability, sound, controls, and performance can vary by device, browser, network, and accessibility settings.

If a game is inaccurate or inaccessible, please tell us its name and describe the issue without including a child’s personal details. We may restrict access when reasonably necessary to address misuse or protect the service.

Content, feedback, and third parties

NodNPlay’s content may include original, licensed, open-source, and synthetically generated material. Applicable intellectual property rights remain with their respective holders; access to the site does not grant rights beyond the permission stated above.

You may voluntarily send suggestions. You retain your rights in your message, and we may use the suggestions to improve the service without an obligation to pay or implement them. This does not authorize us to publish your identity, your private correspondence, or a child’s information.

A link to another site is not a guarantee or endorsement of that site. Outside services and device speech features have their own terms and privacy practices. We remain responsible for our own obligations under applicable law.

Service limitations and your legal rights

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the free service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without a promise of uninterrupted operation, error-free content, or fitness for a particular purpose. We are not responsible for losses caused solely by matters outside our reasonable control, to the extent permitted by law.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, intentional misconduct, gross negligence, or any other responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Nothing removes mandatory consumer protections, privacy rights, statutory warranties, or remedies available under the laws that apply to you. If a limitation is not permitted where you live, that limitation does not apply to you.

These terms do not require binding arbitration, waive class proceedings, or require you to give up access to a court or regulator that applicable law makes available. No exclusive foreign court is imposed on consumers by these terms.

Questions, concerns, and changes to these terms

Please contact hello@nodnplay.com about a problem, copyright concern, or question. Include the relevant page and enough information to explain the concern, without unnecessary personal details. Contacting us is not a condition for exercising rights or meeting legal deadlines.

We may revise these terms as the service changes. We will update the effective date and give notice appropriate to a material change. Changes apply prospectively; they do not create retroactive charges or take away rights relating to an earlier event. Where a change requires express agreement, we will request it separately.

If part of these terms cannot be enforced, the remaining provisions continue only to the extent permitted by law. Any separate agreement expressly entered into for a future paid service will explain how it relates to these terms.
